Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and submitted for fulfillment within 1-3 business days of purchase. During high-volume periods (sales, holidays), processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Time

Once your order is submitted for fulfillment, delivery typically takes 1-2 weeks, depending on your location and the specific product ordered. Some items may arrive sooner; others may take slightly longer due to how they're sourced and shipped to you. We know this is longer than typical next-day retail shipping, and we display this timeline clearly so you can decide if it works for your needs before ordering.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 2-5 business days after shipment for tracking information to update, as this depends on when the carrier scans the package into their system.

Customs & Import Charges

Any applicable import duties or taxes on your order are calculated and included at checkout — you will not be charged additional customs fees upon delivery.

Multiple Items in One Order

If your order contains multiple products, items may ship separately from different fulfillment locations and arrive in separate packages at different times. This is normal and does not indicate a problem with your order.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 45 days of your order date, please contact us at shopcourttheory@gmail.com with your order number, and we'll investigate with our shipping partner and work with you to resolve it, whether that's a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or misdelivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, though we're happy to help however we can if this happens.
